What Attendees will learn
Dr. Horton has given this particular presentation numerous times and it has continued to motivate people to want to learn more about Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He presents in an energetic and entertaining (humorous) manner and which will be tailored to each individual audience.
- We will cover the basics of “Neuro-Linguistic Programming” to include: Eye Cues, Representational Systems, Mirroring, Anchoring, Focus, and Basic Modeling Strategies.
- You will learn the effective use of “Representational Systems” which include: the differences between individuals who view the world visually (sight), auditory (hearing), and kinesthetically (feeling). With this knowledge you will learn more efficient communication strategies that can be used in your workplace or at home with your family. You will learn how the eyes reveal inner thought processes.
- Following Representational Systems, you will learn the "Power of Mirroring" and how to match, pace, and lead your others using these skills.
- We will then discuss the concept of “Anchoring” and how to apply anchoring techniques to quickly motivate yourself and others.
- We will then review the “Focus of Control” and how a movie or a song can change how you view life. You will discover how to use the concept of “Focus” to motivate yourself and others for increased productivity.
- We will finish up with a technique called “Modeling”, in other words, … “find out what successful people do and do it…find out what unsuccessful people do and don’t do it”. We will discuss the different steps involved in effective modeling.
Course of Instruction will conclude with a question and answer period.
