The skill level achieved, innovative instructional methodologies applied, tactical applications utilized and the fusion of both the physiological and psychological components of combat truly sets this program apart from any and all industry standards.
This course is specifically designed for the well seasoned and highly competent Instructor. The overall focus is to dramatically improve the delivery of real world combative based training. Instructors will learn how to simplify extremely dynamic and highly complicated situations presently found in modern warfare.
Today’s warrior must fully comprehend tomorrow’s threat. Any competent instructor in a pre-established system can become vulnerable to the trained eye. Extensive attention shall be placed on the identification and removal of Tactical Signatures presently found within every entity within the Armed Forces community.
Instructors will become better trained in methods for preventing Task Saturation and OBE (Overwhelmed by Events). Instructors will learn how best to incorporate tactical imagery into the training environment and witness firsthand how and why heuristics are increasingly killing more soldiers every day.
Instructors shall develop better practices for evaluating the validity of tactics and techniques, increase overall awareness of the mission essential applicable skills and improve tactical skill preparation time by removing obsolete tactics originating from changes to threat level, area of operation and geographical or environmental restrictions.
Critical areas covered include:
- Building your organizational “Think Tank” from the ground up
- Preparing for tomorrow’s threat
- Next Generation Neuro-Kinetic Development Program
- Improving innovation in training
- Transforming from an Instructor into a Force Multiplier
- How to effectively accommodate for the difference in learning curve among professionals
Extensive LIVE demonstrations shall be provided throughout the entire COI to ensure all participants have an adequate relational point of reference to improve the overall comprehension level of active participants.
Innovation remains to cornerstone of our undeniable efficiency. Simplicity alone does not equate to effectiveness. Sark Security Group R&D does not believe in teaching to the lowest common denominator when Service Members lives are on the line. Just because a skill may be considered advanced does not mean the method at which achieving that skill needs to be. Only through innovative training practices and focused determination can today’s Service Member be prepared for modern warfare.
Due to the extensive amount of material presented the student base shall not exceed (10) Instructor Candidates Max
