Sark Securities Inc. Registration Policy
Effective June, 2009: In order to operate in a manner conducive to all parties involved, Sark Securities Inc. has adopted the following registration policy:
All professionals wishing to register for a scheduled course must contact Sark Securities Inc. by email at training@sarksecurities.com
Once Sark Securities has received a request and vetted the end user, a list of instructions will be forwarded, via email, to the requesting party. Completed registration forms and payments must be received by Sark Securities within 30 days prior to the course start date. It is our goal to accommodate our professionals wishing to attend as much as possible; therefore, all late registrations and payments will be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Commitments by email only, will not be accepted.
Sark Securities Inc. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective June, 2009: In order to operate in a manner conducive to all parties involved Sark Securities Inc. has adopted the following cancellation/refund policy:
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to a scheduled course will result in a full refund of the course tuition. Any cancellation made within 15-30 days of the scheduled course, will result in a refund of 50% of the course tuition. Cancellations made within 14 days or less from the scheduled course dates will result in the tuition being forfeited. All cancellations must be in writing.
Sark Securities Inc. realizes that emergent circumstances can arise preventing a registered professional from attending a course. If such circumstances should arise, tuition can be transferred to other courses if notification is made within a timely manner.
Sark Securities Inc. reserves the right to cancel any course up to 30 days prior to the scheduled start date. All course fees will be refunded should this occur. Sark Securities Inc. recommends that no travel arrangements be made 30 days prior to the scheduled start date of the course.
